Prepare vegetables, but don't lose vitamins!

- Tomato: It has component called Lycopene (antioxidant) and if you boil it with olive oil around 15 to 30 minutes, it increases Lycopene more than a raw tomato. You can make it as a sauce and combine it with other food.


- Carrot: Like every doctor says, raw vegetables has enough vitamins, but if you boil carrot, it releases antioxidants and keeps more carotene and vitamins C.


- Cabbage: You can eat it however you want. As a salad, combined with meat, soup... Boiling it in water it releases more iron. Raw or boiled has a great amount of calcium. Perfect with cucumber as salad.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!

- Purple vegetable prevents inflammation, protects heart and good for losing weight.


- Spinach: This vegetable is a miracle, it has more vitamins and important minerals for your organism than others. It has folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin B2 and B3, calcium - when boiled. It releases all of it. Also, boiled spinach releases vitamin A,E,B1, protein, zinc, carotene. One suggestion: If you really want a vitamin bomb, make a soup mixed with yogurt. Yummy and healthy.


- Mushrooms: You know that any food cannot be better without final touch - mushrooms! Oh yes...Even pizza is not pizza without it. If you boil it, they have better potential, it increases double vitamin D, vitamin C, potassium, iron and folic acid. So, pizza is not unhealthy. :D
