- Everyday life can be stressful, and that's why time passing faster that expected. Rest of the time is only yours - to sleep. Everything what you're doing for your family and your future is amazing, but your battery must be charged when you feel low and tired. You need to know that you relaxing time can be anytime whatever you have time. There are some tips, how can you charge yourself with positive energy and how to be relaxed again.
1. Music is the most important thing for your body and soul. Use every day to play music that make yourself nice. When you're cooking, when you're at work if you're in office. For example: Jazz music, relax music mix, Chinese music, Native American music, chill hop,... or choose something you really like and make you feel comfortable.
2. Find your time, not so long to sit on the floor or on the bed, alone. Close your eyes and find your focus and breathe. Think about something that comforts you. Music is the most important in this also.
3. Try to use your time for reading. Find genre of the book that you like. For example: Make a coffee, make a space that makes you comfortable on the balcony, if you have a yard - lucky you. It's so nice season of the year to make yourself comfortable outside.
