Valentine's day romantic menu for two :)


Surprise as a complete dinner like in the restaurant will make your partner happy and proud of you. That means your hard work is going to be worthy in your partner's eyes.

If you don't have any idea how to make complete menu for two, here are some examples we've prepared for you.

WONTON'S WRAPPERS BASKETS

INGREDIENTS:


1 package (12 ounces) wonton wrappers

1 pound bulk pork sausage

2 cups shredded Colby cheese

1/2 medium green pepper chopped

1/2 medium sweet red pepper

2 brunches green onions, sliced

1/2 cup ranch salad dressing


HOW TO DO:

  1. Lightly press Wonton wrappers and up the sides of greased miniature muffin cups.Make 350°F until you get brown edges (around 5 min)

  2. In large skillet, cook sausage over medium heath until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles, drain. Stir the cheese peppers, onions and salad dressing. Spoon a rounded tablespoon into each Wonton cup. Bake until heated through 6-7 minute.

CRISPY CHICKEN TIGHTS WITH GARLIC & ROSEMARY

INGREDIENTS:


1/3 c. chicken stock

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Kosher salt and freshly - ground black pepper

8 small - bone in - skin on chicken tights (about 2¼ pound total)

8 cloves garlic smashed, skin removed


HOW TO DO?


  1. Before you put chicken tights into the oven, you should put into the mustard, seasonings an garlic and let it stay the night before preparing.

  2. After you take out from the fridge, place the backing paper place the onion , potato and all other ingredients mentioned. On the top place the chicken tights and put into the oven in 220°C around 30 minutes. Serve it hot.

HIGH QUALITY CHOCOLATE WITH A COCOA - CONTENT OF AT LEAST 50%


INGREDIENTS:


1 bar bittersweet chocolate

2 tbsp. butter

1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

1 ¾ c. sugar

¼ c. cocoa

3tbsp. cornstarch

¼ tsp. salt

3 egg yolks


HOW TO DO:

  1. Combine chocolate, butter and vanilla in a medium bowl, set aside. Heat milk in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer. Whisk sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt together in a bowl, using an electric mixer set on medium around 1 minute.

  2. Reduce the mixer speed to low, and add the sugar mixture. Beat together until it resembles wet sand. Add half the hot milk, and whisk until blended. Transfer the cocoa mixture to the saucepan. Cook over medium heat, while continuously whisking, until thickened -- about 8 minutes.

  3. Strain into the bowl of chocolate. Let sit for 3 minutes before stirring smooth with a wooden spoon. Press a sheet of plastic wrap onto the surface of the pudding and chill for 2 hours before serving.

RED ROOM SANGRIA

INGREDIENTS:

1 bottle of dry red wine (750ml)

â…“ c. pomegranate juice

â…“ c. bourbon

1 tbsp. honey

1 apple sliced

1 peach sliced

½ lb. cherries pitted & halved


HOW TO DO:

1. In a pitcher, combine wine, pomegranate juice, whiskey and honey. Stirring until the honey has dissolved.

2. Add fruit. Chill at least one hour. Letting the fruits absorb the sangria a bit.
